How do I restore my purchases?
Go to the Parent Dashboard (tap the lock icon and enter your birth year), then tap the "Restore Purchases" button at the bottom.
My child lost their virtual pet!
Don't panic! Virtual pets are safely stored in the Pet Backpack. Tap the backpack icon on the main screen to find them all.
Is internet connection required?
StarJoy can be played completely offline! Internet is only needed for the initial download and receiving major updates.
